Discovery Pillar

The Minnesota CEOs Against Cancer Discovery Pillar is focused on creating healthy workplaces. Members do this  by promoting healthy workplaces and employees by providing programs, initiatives, and information to support cancer prevention.

Quarterly Goals

• Goal 1: Increase number of companies participating in both the CEO and Employee Fit2Be Challenge Launch an Executive Champions Group to help promote Fit2BeCancerFree expansion Recruit 22 CEOs for the CEO Challenge and 15 companies with restriction to grow and expand our Hope Lodge impact.

• Goal 2: Increase number of companies participating in prevention and screening work and build on current company engagement Conduct a Prevention/Screening Campaign per company before EOY.

Tobacco Control

• ACS works with each company to discuss their workplace tobacco policy and how to address tobacco cessation and support employees.
