Advocacy Pillar

The American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network (ACS CAN) focuses their policy priorities on policies that will help improve patient outcomes, prevent cancer, and advance health equity and cancer-related disparities in Minnesota.

 

The Advocacy Pillar is focused on engaging in coalition efforts to fund these breakthrough mission outcomes and change the cancer trajectory.

 

Each year our advocacy signature event – Research & Innovation Forum discusses topics like patient navigation, financial toxicity, access to targeted therapies, clinical trial enrollment and participation, and more.

 

Save the date for this year's event the 2024 Research and Innovation Forum, which will be on Thursday, October 3 at the Wilder Foundation in St Paul.
